Project-based Engagements
Sahale Consulting works with clients as an independent consultant, primarily on a defined-project basis. We are always happy to engage with prospective clients at no-cost to explore their needs, our capabilities, and whether or not we can support them. If we can, we work with clients to define the scope, fees and deliverables that will form our service contract. If appropriate to the circumstance, a retained or hourly basis may be considered instead of a defined project. If we can't met your requirements directly, as part of a global network of practitioners we may be able to refer you to others who have the unique expertise your effort requires.
